Our aim is to create a friendly, inclusive, and safe environment for all.

Peer support for breastfeeding and infant feeding.
Information sessions, workshops, and community events.
Online resources and signposting to professional help when needed.

Our volunteers and supporters are trained peer supporters — we do not provide medical advice.
If you have any medical concerns, please contact your midwife, health visitor, GP, or another qualified health professional.

3. Respectful behaviour

We ask everyone attending our sessions or interacting online to:

Treat others with kindness, respect, and confidentiality.
Use our spaces in a way that supports a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Avoid sharing personal information about others without their permission.

We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave a group or online space if their behaviour is disruptive or unsafe.
